No part or portion of the information collected by this web site will be used for any purpose other than for the Virginia Regional Festival of FLIGHT. A copy of the automatic submittal will be sent to our Volunteer Coordinator, our Public Relations Director, and the appropriate committee head.
If you just want information about the Fly-in or you are thinking about registering for a job but are not sure of one yet, then please continue with the registration. We will use the information to keep you informed about any changes in the Fly-in.

We need as many people as possible to help with Field Setup and Takedown. This starts the weekend before the Fly-In, Thursday and Friday before the Fly-In, Sunday evening, and Monday.
These are the minimum number that we need during the Fly-In and the number who have already registered in each time period. If you don't see a particular job that you want, please continue the registration process. We always need more volunteers.
